The Credit CARD Act has established many new requirements for credit unions that offer their members credit cards. Some of these requiremenst went into effect in August, but new requirements will go into effect in February. These include disclosure requirements, payment handling, and restrictions on changing rates.
At the forum, we will discuss these new requirements, and how to comply with them. We'll discuss problems and challenges, and potential solutions to the issues caused by the new requirements.
