This conference is designed for participants in the Association's Get certified! program, although anyone interested in financial counseling is invited to attend.
At this one-day event, we'll have Mark Lynch, from REAL Solutions, speaking on how to create a financial counseling program at your credit union. He'll talk about everything from informal programs, to formal programs. In addition, Will VanderToolen, who has been moderating our conference calls, will also provide more insights into the financial counseling function.
