Presented by Matt Davis, 6th Story

Improving member convenience for a credit union used to be straightforward — simply increase the number of branch locations, ATMs, or hours of operation, and call it a day. Demographic preferences and demographic shifts have turned this thinking upside down. Convenience is decisively shifting from “how can we improve access to our people and places” to “how can we help members help themselves?” In this webinar, 6th Story’s Matt Davis explores the wild world of self service, and how new technologies are changing the way credit union members expect to be served. What new technology must credit unions utilize, particularly with our young members, to retain and deepen their engagement in credit unions? Join Matt for a look at member service technologies that can take you through 2014 and beyond.
