About the presenter:
Rick Menton is an exciting credit union presenter and seminar leader, based in Tulsa, OK, who has made presentations in every state except Alaska. His presentations are based on nearly 40 years of experience in consumer finance companies, league and trade association management for 2 different state leagues, various credit unions, and as a credit union CEO. He has led presentations on lending, collections, board governance, policies, strategic planning, employee relations and more.
Rick received the "Hometown Hero" Award from the mayor of Tulsa as someone instrumental in helping to boost the Tulsa economy by bringing new business to the community. He has served on the board and as chairman of Consumer Credit Counseling of Minnesota. He has received CUNA's Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) designation and the Certified League Executive (CLE) designation from CUNA and the University of Wisconsin's Management Institute. He received his degree in communications from the University of Minnesota.
